This wise woman was borned in 1475. Since she was a child she showed a great fondness for the studies, specially for latin language. Soon she was known in Salamanca because of her knowledge and her nickname was “La Latina”.
The queen Isabel la Católica heard about.her, so she required her as her master and adviser. They were very friends until the queen´s death.
