This cave is the real cave, the most prestigious. It is one of the most picturesque streets of the Villa, with its typical taverns, inns as Dragón, the Villa or El León de Oro, and shops of trades as esparteros. When it worked as exit in case of war, it was under the known Puerta de Moros, and by it escaped the arabs when Ramiro II took the city.
Later came the final conquest by Alfonso VI. By this cave runned away, among other christians, San Isidro Labrador.
