This sign represents what was the lodge of D. Simon Miguel de Paredes, the then-owner of those lands and who built this meeting place for locals of that age. It is told that this tavern was the greatest of all those that existed at the time.
This business was inherited by D. Juan de Paredes, who enjoyed it with his brother D. Fernando.
